PRIVACY POLICY

1) Confidentiality Agreement: Any MaceHost staff members with access to client information, including first names, surnames, the last four digits of credit card numbers, or addresses, are legally bound not to share this information unnecessarily or outside of MaceHost.

2) Payment Disputes: Any user found to initiate a chargeback, challenge, or dispute regarding a payment will have their account terminated immediately without exception. MaceHost holds no liability for any data loss or subsequent actions following a chargeback.

3) Downtime Clarification: The period during which servers are transferred or upgraded does not constitute downtime.

4) Exclusions from SLA: User or client-side errors resulting in data loss, file corruption, or client-side network outages will not be covered under our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5) Illegal Activities or Terminations: This encompasses situations where services are terminated due to cancellation or engagement in illegal activities. It also covers instances of being targeted by illegal activities such as denial-of-service attacks , port scanning , crypto mining And brute forcing.
